How to submit a request
Your request is routed through the Lead Bot's secure channel. To prevent unauthorized disclosure of your data, we may ask you to verify your identity — for example, through your Telegram account.

What to include in your request
- Request type (access / correction / deletion / other);
- Contact details that identify you (email, Telegram username, phone);
- A description of the request (which data exactly);
- Preferred response channel.
What happens next
- Within5 business dayswe will confirm receipt of your request.
- If necessary, we will ask you to verify your identity.
- On timewithin 30 calendar dayswe will provide a response or carry out the requested action.
- In complex cases, the deadline may be extended by an additional 60 days, with notification of the reasons provided to you (GDPR Art. 12(3)).
Cost
Request is being processedFree of charge. В случае явно необоснованных или чрезмерных (например, многократно повторяющихся) запросов мы вправе либо взимать разумную плату, либо отказать в обработке, обосновав причину (GDPR Art. 12(5); PDPL Art. 14(4)).
Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
