When is the best time to sell
- Off-plan assignment— 6–12 months before handover, price is usually higher

Preparation
- Valuation— realistic pricing. Overpricing kills a listing (viewings drop by 60–80%)
- Photography— professional photos triple conversion rates. AED 500–1,500
- Staging— minor cosmetic touch-ups plus quality furnishings = +5–10% to the price
- Documents— Title deed, project declaration, current service charge statements
Legal Steps
- You sign Form A with a broker (the broker represents you)
- The broker markets the property (Bayut, Property Finder, agency networks)
- You receive offers and select a buyer
- You SignMOU (Form F)with the buyer — who puts down 10%
- You OrderNOCwith the developer (7–14 days, AED 500–5,000)
- Registration atDLD trustee office— title deed transfer, receipt of the remaining balance
