Register in the MoHRE system
Establishments must register in the Labour Accommodation System of MoHRE and make sure the information entered is valid and kept accurate.

Get the site licensed and placed correctly
The accommodation should be licensed by government authorities. It must be located at least 5 km away from family housing areas, and kept away from tourist sites, investment zones, sources of environmental pollution, and rainwater drainage channels.

Sit close to the work, and stay compliant
The accommodation should be close to industrial areas or areas presenting job opportunities, and it must comply with all sanitary, environmental and safety requirements.

Fit ventilation and air-conditioning throughout
All rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, corridors, offices and lounges must be provided with ventilation systems and a central air-conditioner.

Provide a medical service room
Each housing unit must have a first-aid room with a nurse on hand.
