   Know why workplace happiness matters

The employee's happiness at workplace is critical because it is often directly reflected in the quality and volume of services an institution offers to its customers. If you are working in Dubai, this explains why many employers take it seriously.

See what happiness brings to an organisation

An emphasis on happiness and well-being raises morale across an organisation, boosts engagement at work and builds trust and loyalty among colleagues and between the employees and the institution itself.

5. 5

Explore the pillars of a positive culture

The official guide outlines four fundamental pillars that underpin the development of a positive workplace culture which is supportive of happiness and wellbeing. Check the authority's website for the guide itself.
