New buildings usually have central piped gas from a main tank; depending on the area it may be natural gas, synthetic natural gas or LPG. Ask your building management who the supplier is.

With Lootah BCGas, a connection starts by calling the call centre 800-5224 — a representative confirms availability in your area and the gas type. Gas is served from an existing pipeline network or a project-based central system.

Activation and billing
The supplier registers your address and activates supply. You are billed by consumption meter (monthly, quarterly or annually, per your supplier's terms).

If there is no central gas
Some villas and older homes use LPG cylinders: gas is ordered from a distribution company with cylinder delivery. Confirm the format with your building management.
