Dubai's residential property market showed further signs of cooling in July. According to the ValuStrat Price Index, several key communities recorded significant annual price drops. Burj Khalifa led the decline with prices falling 19% year-on-year. Jumeirah Beach Residence followed with a 15.1% decrease, while Town Square saw values drop by 8.4%. Overall, apartment values across the city eased by 0.2% month-on-month. This leaves the segment 4.2% below its level from a year ago.
