Salesforce released new data regarding how UAE businesses are handling the rapid shift to AI search technologies. The report indicates that nearly two-thirds of companies have already created or optimized content specifically for question-based queries. This reflects a major structural change in digital marketing strategies across the region.

Specifically, 62% of businesses have improved product content quality and increased their presence on third-party sources. Another 58% are submitting data feeds directly to AI search platforms to ensure their products appear in conversational results. Additionally, 37% have optimized product descriptions for natural language searches.

This change comes as shoppers increasingly start their buying journey through conversational assistants instead of traditional search engines. The data suggests that the traditional search bar is being replaced by chat interfaces for many consumers. Meanwhile, 31% of companies are actively monitoring how their brands appear in these AI environments.

For entrepreneurs and business owners, this means adapting digital strategies is no longer optional. Visibility in AI results is becoming crucial for sales. Companies that fail to optimize for these new search methods risk losing market share to competitors who do.
