eFiling serves as a centralised platform for lawyers and court users to record and manage their case files throughout the litigation process, helping to improve efficiency and to facilitate access to justice. In practice, this means one place to lodge your claim and follow it from the first filing to the final judgment.

Before you begin, read the Guidelines for eFiling from the Ministry of Justice. Note that the guidance document is provided in Arabic, so plan for translation help if you need it.

File your case electronically
The system lets you file a case electronically rather than attending a counter in person. You submit the claim and the supporting documents through the platform as part of a single, connected process.

Let the system verify your claim and documents
The platform includes features that verify the filed claim, ensure the accuracy and validity of the data, and validate the submitted documents. This check happens as part of filing, so errors and missing items surface early rather than later.

Pay the registration fees and keep the receipt
The system sends notifications and receipts to the parties upon the payment of the claim registration fees. Keep the receipt it sends you as proof of registration. The current fee amount is not stated here — check it on the authority's website before you pay.

Track hearings and results
The platform simplifies management of the court calendars, helping court staff schedule ongoing calendars effectively and obtain and track court hearing information and results. Through your case file you can follow the litigation as it progresses toward judgment.
