个体工商户或分支机构的注销申请，由相关当事人提交。公司则由指定清算人负责提交申请。

注销劳工卡（个体工商户）
如您经营的是个体工商户，请在注销执照前，先通过人力资源与阿联酋化部（MOHRE）注销劳工卡。

委任清算人并提交接受函
清算人出具一份接受清算该公司的函件，连同相关支持文件一并提交。

发布清算公告
在两份阿拉伯语本地报纸上各刊登一天清算公告。此举给予债权人45天时间提交索赔。

清算人与合伙人提供声明函，确认自公告发布之日起45天内，未收到任何其他方的异议。
