   Check the age for training

   Under Administrative Resolution No. 22 of 2022, any establishment may train students aged 15 years and above. Training is allowed only on the condition of a written contract between the student and the establishment.

   Put the training terms in writing

   The training contract must set out the areas of training, the duration of the training period, weekly and other holidays, and the value of the bonus, if any, together with any privileges granted to the trainee.

   Consider holiday work

   Separately, any establishment may recruit students aged 15 years and above during their academic holidays. This is allowed for a maximum of three consecutive months each time.

   Sign a clear employment contract for a holiday job

   For holiday work, the employment contract must clarify the nature of the work, its duration, the wage, the weekly holiday and the number of daily working hours. If a figure is not stated here, confirm the current requirement on the authority's website.
